Course FAQs
How do I access my courses?
Courses are available within your account. Simply login to your account and click on My Courses. If you require additional assistance please call our Customer Service Department at 800-793-5274.
What is included with my course purchase?
When you enroll prior to the live event date you will receive access to the live-streaming webinar which will allow you to interact with faculty in real-time.
With each course, you will receive access to the content via OnDemand Streaming and the Video Download.
Course reference materials are included with each course purchase in a downloadable PDF format.
Is hardship tuition available?
Attendees from select states who are unable to afford continuing legal education course registration fees due to financial hardship may apply for financial hardship assistance. An application for financial hardship assistance must be filed at least 30 days prior to the attendee registering for the program.
To apply, please submit a request via email to our Tuition Discount Committee at ipecustomerservice@nbi-sems.com. Please include customer name, program title, and an explanation of the circumstance warranting financial hardship assistance in your request.
Which school licensures are held by IPE?
Arkansas Department of Higher Education
IPE is licensed by the Arkansas Division of Higher Education.
Office of Career School Licensing
NBI, Inc. is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Education Office of Career School Licensing. There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. Upon exhausting all avenues with NBI, Inc. for resolution, students may file a complaint with the Office of Career School Licensing at (603) 271-6443.
Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?
Closed captioning is available for all online live courses. Attendees may enable the closed captioning functionality within the event room once they have accessed the event by simply clicking the "cc" button in the lower right of the event room.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. Please call out Customer Service Department to inquire about savings for your team at 800-793-5274.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 14 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account.
If you're a subscriber, you'll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
Can multiple people attend a course at the same time?
Only registrants logged into the course under their personal IPE account log in can receive continuing education credit for attending.
My Account
How do I update my personal information in My Account?
Click User Icon at the top of the page to log into your account. Once in your account, click "My Info" and update your profile accordingly. Make sure to save all changes.
How do I access my courses?
Click the "My Courses" tab in your My Account to access your courses. If you require additional assistance please call NBI Customer Service at 877-624-7707.

Courses purchased prior to the live event start time receive access to both live event and the online recording.
We understand that your learning needs may change so if you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-793-5274 to review what option will work best for you. We will be happy to assist in find a replacement that better fits your learning needs. If you have not accessed the course content or received continuing education credit you may receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee.

Continuing Legal Education Credit FAQs
How do I know if a course qualifies for Continuing Education credit?
Select your state under the Credit Details tab of the course details page to review approved credits by format.
You can also contact our Customer Service Department at 866-240-1890 and one of our live representatives would be happy to assist you!
May I receive partial credit if I did not complete the entire course?
Depending upon your accrediting agency requirements, credit may be awarded on a prorated basis for your participation time. Please contact our Credit Department for questions or assistance at 866-240-1890.
How will my Continuing Education credit be reported?
May I receive Continuing Education credit for a course in more than one state?
Yes, when you request course credit you can request credit for any state on the approved list. If you don't see your state or credit type, contact our Credit Department at 866-240-1890.
Subscriptions
What is included with my IPE Unlimited CLE Subscription?
An IPE Unlimited CLE Subscription is 1 year of unlimited CLE for one low price. Our subscriptions offer unlimited access to IPE's full course catalog of 200+ Live and OnDemand courses. If you have any questions or would like more details, please call Customer Service at 800-793-5274.
How do I access my Subscription once I sign up?
You can start using your subscription immediately upon purchase by logging into your account. Upon login, you will be recognized on the website as a subscriber and will begin to see courses that are included with your subscription.
Do you have firm/organization subscription packages available?
Yes, we would love to talk to you about how we can meet your firm's training needs with both attorney and paralegal training! Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at 800-793-5274 for more information.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are for an initial 12-month term. Depending on the subscription you selected, they will automatically renew monthly or annually after the initial term is up. You may cancel the automatic renewal any time from your My Account page.
