He is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado and before the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Limbaugh earned his B.A. degree from Florida State University and his J.D. and LL.M. (tax) degrees from the University of Denver College of Law, where he was awarded the prestigious Aaron Goldfarb Memorial Scholarship and was listed in Who's Who: American Law Students. He was recently appointed by Gov. Jared Polis to serve on the Colorado Disability Funding Committee.
