Kathleen Urbom
is a sole practitioner with Urbom Law Offices Chartered in Topeka, where she has a civil practice including estate planning and probate, guardian and conservatorships, trust formation, including special needs trusts, and special education law. Ms. Urbom has spoken previously on special education law, landlord tenant law, and end of life planning; including business succession, wills and trusts, and guardian conservatorships. She has spoken several times on the subject of the working knowledge of taxes as it impacts consideration of formation of various estate documents. Ms. Urbom is a member of the Kansas and Topeka bar associations, Women's Attorneys Association of Topeka, and Jenny Mitchell Kellogg Circle. She earned her B.S. degree from St. Mary of the Plains College and her J.D. degree from Washburn University of Topeka.

Christopher Bonner
is special counsel with Barclay Damon, LLP, where he practices in the areas of corporate law, corporate and municipal securities, and banking regulation. His clients include large and small businesses, banks, startup enterprises, buyers and sellers of businesses, and securities investors. Mr. Bonner organizes corporations, LLCs and other alternative entities, and represents them on a continuing basis with various kinds of business contracts. He represents buyers and sellers of businesses, from the initial planning stage through to the final closing. Mr. Bonner is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Business Law and Tax Law sections) and American Bar Association (Business Law and Taxation sections). He earned his B.A. degree from Williams College, his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University.

Tyrice Denson
is an attorney in the business, ESOP and real estate practice groups in the Greater Milwaukee office. His practice focuses on assisting businesses with their legal needs, navigating the complexities of real estate transactions, and supporting companies in developing and managing ESOPs. Mr. Denson was also a former law clerk at DeWitt, where he conducted extensive research, drafted memos, and actively participated in hearings and client meetings. While in law school, he volunteered with the Marquette Law School Volunteer Legal Clinic and served as a member of the Student Advisory Board. As a legal intern, Mr. Denson also researched Michigan's driver's license restoration policies, creating a comprehensive guide to aid residents in restoring their driving privileges. He earned his B.A. degree from University of Michigan Flint and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.

Thomas Murphy
is an attorney located in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix. His practice emphasizes estate planning, elder law (including nursing home issues), all probate matters (including contested matters and guardianships), and tax controversies. Mr. Murphy has regularly appeared before the Arizona Court of Appeals, litigating many of the cutting-edge appellate cases in probate law. He has successfully litigated cases in the U.S. Tax Court, Arizona Tax Court, and the Arizona Board of Tax Appeals. Mr. Murphy is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, State Bar of Arizona (Tax Law, Probate and Trust Law, Mental Health and Elder Law sections), and the Arizona Medicaid Planning Council. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Phoenix Tax Workshop and the Editorial Board of NAELA News. Mr. Murphy graduated from Tufts University, with honors, and earned his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.

Harold Moeller
has worked in public sector procurement and contract management for the past 25 years. He recently retired from his role as program administrator (procurement) with Rutgers University Health Care, where he managed a series of 50 ancillary services contracts valued at $170 million annually in support of the University's agreements to provide medical, mental health and dental services to inmates and residents of the state's correctional facilities. Mr. Moeller's continuing private practice of law at Law Office of Harold Moeller includes gaining access to electronic medical records to review petitions for guardianships. He earned his M.P.A. degree from California State University at Long Beach and his J.D. degree from City University of New York School of Law. Mr. Moeller is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and holds certification as a Certified Professional Contract Manager (Lifetime) from the National Contract Management Association. He has taught procurement and contract management courses as an adjunct faculty member in the M.P.A. programs at Troy University, Old Dominion University and Rutgers-Newark.
