Mr. Zacks is a graduate of the Harvard Negotiation Project and has lectured to various professional groups on entity selection, professional ethics, taxation, property rights, buying and selling real estate, title insurance, zoning, and land use issues. He earned his B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School. Ms. Garcia is also a Spanish speaking workplace investigator. She holds degrees from U.C. Berkeley, Santa Clara University School of Law, and a Certificate in the Management Development Entrepreneurship from Anderson School of Management and UCLA. He has more than eight years with in-house legal departments of large publicly traded corporations, and more than six years of government contracting experience with a major military defense contractor. Mr. Yeager has extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and managing various complexities of contracts. His private practice included general legal services, estate planning, litigation, business consulting, and business formation.
