Speaker bio
Daniel Vincent
is an attorney at Vincent Law. His practice focuses on helping families and business owners protect their assets and their legacies. Mr. Vincent graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University where he also served as a senior editor on the BYU Law Review. He also earned his Masters of Accountancy (taxation emphasis) and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from BYU's Marriott School of Business. After graduating, Mr. Vincent worked at global accounting firm Ernst and Young LLP in Salt Lake City, helping individuals and companies with complex international tax planning and compliance. He later worked as a tax subject matter expert for Canopy Tax, Inc., helping to build a software solution for tax professionals to prepare individual and trust income tax returns. Additionally, Mr. Vincent serves as a volunteer attorney for Utah Tax Help Services, a free tax clinic with offices in Provo and Salt Lake City, Utah, where he helps low-income taxpayers in tax disputes with the IRS and Utah State Tax Commission. While in law school, he worked in the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, providing free tax preparation to low-income individuals. Mr. Vincent is admitted to practice law in Utah, Oregon, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, United States District Court, District of Utah, and United States Tax Court.

Mary Beth Isom
is the paralegal for the Law Offices of D. Blair Clark. She is a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College with degrees in both the legal secretary and paralegal programs. Ms. Blair is the only certified bankruptcy assistant (CBA) in Idaho. She has extensive knowledge of all the forms of bankruptcy filings, including Chapters 9s, 11s and 12s. Ms. Blair currently has two assistants working for her and has trained other paralegals in the past. She was the primary instructor for paralegals and legal assistants at the Idaho Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section seminars in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Mr. Gass earned his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law. He is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Tax Court, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Texas Eastern District Court, and Texas Southern District/Bankruptcy Court.

is a solo practitioner at Donald V. Reeder, LLC. He represents Central Oregon farmers, ranchers, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Mr. Reeder earned his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and his J.D. degree from Willamette University College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Oregon and before the Federal District Court of Oregon and the United States Claims Court.

Mr. Shields earned his B.A. degree from Western Kentucky University, his B.G.S. degree from the University of Kentucky, and his J.D. degree from Northern Kentucky University: Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
