Speaker bio
Lynndolyn T. Mitchell
is the owner of the Law Office of Lynndolyn T. Mitchell P.C. in Rockville, Maryland. She has been representing clients from all economic and social backgrounds in juvenile, family, misdemeanor criminal, and traffic matters in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia for more than 30 years. Ms. Mitchell has served as a senior assistant public defender in Virginia Beach in the Juvenile Division and Felony Trial Division, and deputy public defender in the Juvenile Division of the Riverside County Public Defender's Office. She has represented juveniles in delinquency and dependency matters in California, Virginia and Maryland. Ms. Mitchell served an assistant adjunct professor for the University of Maryland Global Campus (Formerly UMUC) in the disciplines of paralegal studies and criminal justice. She has extensive experience representing military families in all aspects of family law matters. Ms. Mitchell is a member of Maryland State Bar Association's Solo Small Firm Section, served as co-chair of the Education Law Section, and has served as a member of the School Board at Montrose Christian School in Rockville. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland and Montgomery County. Ms. Mitchell earned her B.A. degree from the University of Irvine and her J.D. degree from Antioch School of Law, Washington, D.C. She has handled pro bono education law matters for the Maryland Disability Law Center.

Aaron D. Bundy
is the founder and senior partner at Bundy Law. His trial practice includes family law, criminal defense, and select civil cases. Mr. Bundy's practice also includes appellate work. His post-law school training includes trial skills training and an advanced business valuation seminar, both taught by South Carolina trial lawyer Tim Madden at the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston; multiple trial skills and cross-examination clinics taught by legendary trial lawyer Roger Dodd; the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers trial skills seminar in Denver, Colorado; and the annual jury selection training hosted by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in New Orleans. Mr. Bundy frequently gives presentations about trial-related issues and developments to paralegals, lawyers, judges, and other professionals in the legal industry. He has written multiple articles about discovery, evidence, and trial practice. Recognized by Super Lawyers every year since 2013, Mr. Bundy is listed in the Spear's 500 Family Lawyers index and ranked "Band 1" by Chambers & Partners HNW Guide. In 2017, Oklahoma Bar Association presented him with the Earl Sneed Award, a recognition for outstanding continuing legal education contributions. Mr. Bundy is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers.

Erin Hill
, JD, LL.M., MPM, CIPM, CFC, CRP, is the VP of Strategic Projects, Project Management Office (PMO) director, Paralegal Program chair, and professor. Professor Hill is a technology pioneer who created an AI-focused Paralegal Certificate for Jessup+AI, one of the first AI-assisted learning platforms. She is a member of the Higher Education IT Strategy Leadership Council, working on white papers, policy recommendations, and events. Ms. Hill's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and management, a Juris Doctorate, an LL.M. (post-doctorate) in international tax and financial services, and a Wealth Management Certificate. She maintains active involvement in several community service organizations, such as paralegal curriculum boards and interview panels, as a pro bono advisor. She is a core registered paralegal who mentors students with career development and provides certification workshops. Professor Hill has also assisted several students in obtaining paralegal scholarships with the SVPA and NFPA.

Victoria Cernadas
is a highly experienced and credentialed paralegal specializing in family law with Goranson Bain Ausley. With over three decades in the legal field and a strong track record in managing complex, high-volume caseloads, she brings both expertise and professionalism to every matter. Ms. Cernadas is a Texas Board Certified Paralegal in family law and holds the Advanced Certified Paralegal® designation through the National Association of Legal Assistants, with specialties in Discovery. She is recognized for her exceptional legal drafting skills, client communication, and ability to train and mentor new attorneys and legal staff. Ms. Cernadas currently serves as a family law paralegal at Goranson Bain Ausley, where she plays a key role in case development, discovery, trial preparation, and client support. Her background also includes years of experience in both permanent and contract roles with various respected family law firms. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and Collin College, Ms. Cernadas is also an active member of numerous professional associations, including the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists and the Dallas Area Paralegal Association.
