T. Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

is a seasoned litigator with 20 years of experience. He serves as a trusted advisor to insurance providers, financial institutions, private and public corporations, and individuals across numerous sectors and industries. Mr. West is deeply committed to helping entrepreneurs and businesses thrive by creating, developing, and leveraging their intellectual property portfolios to achieve business goals. His practice encompasses all facets of intellectual property litigation, including pre-suit investigations and searches, trials, appeals, and post-grant patent matters. Mr. West represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), various boards, and federal courts in a wide range of IP matters. He is also a registered patent attorney handling prosecutorial matters before the USPTO. Mr. West routinely uses this knowledge to his advantage in IP litigation. His IP practice further includes managing IP portfolios to ensure competitors do not infringe, as well as negotiating, drafting, and reviewing license, royalty, and purchase agreements. Mr. West has been leveraging forms of AI in his legal practice since before the term was widely recognized. He utilizes AI-powered tools for all forms of drafting, including the preparation of demand letters and settlement agreements, providing clients with innovative and efficient legal solutions. Aaron Weiss
maintains a national litigation practice focused on telecommunications law, class actions, and consumer claims. His cases often involve all of these areas of law. Mr. Weiss also frequently counsels insurance companies on complex coverage issues relating to class actions and other aggregated litigation. Mr. Weiss frequently litigates class action cases under a variety of consumer protection statutes, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Florida Mini TCPA), Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Medicare Secondary Payer Act (MSP Act), Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA), and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA). He also routinely defends companies sued in data breach class actions and counsels insurers on issues related to cyber claims. Mr. Weiss also has significant experience in both prosecuting and defending against intellectual property claims, often in cases involving novel technology. He is recognized as a prominent voice in the legal press on these practice areas. Mr. Weiss is routinely quoted in various lawyer-focused publications on key issues related to consumer class actions. He also regularly publishes articles, lectures and podcasts on issues related to procedural rules in federal court practice and other issues related to his practice. Mr. Weiss currently writes a regular column for Law360 addressing key issues under consumer class actions; and is part of the board of contributors for the Daily Business Review, where he frequently writes columns relating to federal civil practice in Florida. By appointment of Chief Judges K. Michael Moore and Cecilia Altonaga, since 2014 he has served on the Southern District of Florida Ad Hoc Committee on Rules and Procedures. Mr. Weiss has been the lead drafter of amendments to more than a dozen local rules. He is board-certified by The Florida Bar in business litigation, a distinction achieved by less than 250 of the more than 100,000 Florida lawyers. In addition to his practice as an advocate, Mr. Weiss is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator for civil and appellate cases. His mediation work focuses on class actions and other consumer claims. Mr. Weiss earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Binghamton University and his J.D. degree from Columbia Law School.

Carisa Warren
is a paralegal at Unsworth LaPlante PLC, where she handles a variety of positions that include trust administration and Medicaid application preparation. She focuses on assisting clients through the emotional and financial hurdles that arise when guiding them through the Trust Administration and Medicaid processes. Ms. Warren has over 23 years of legal and probate experience. Prior to joining Unsworth LaPlante, she worked for general practice law offices in southern Vermont. Ms. Warren has experience in a wide range of areas, including real estate, civil litigation, estate planning and non-profit organizations. She graduated with her associate degree from Bay Path College in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and her bachelor’s degree from Northern Vermont University in 2019. Ms. Warren is a member of the Vermont Paralegal Organization, which allows her to continually enhance her skills and allows her to stay current with the latest best practices in the legal field.

As a certified legal specialist - litigation, and professional legal specialist with more than 30 years of legal secretary and paralegal experience, her enthusiasm for continual matriculation keeps her up-to-date on the newly enacted local rules, the ever changing court procedures, software updates, and professionalism. Ms. Green earned her associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Commonwealth Business College in Merrillville, Indiana; her bachelor and master's degrees from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa; and is currently attending Capella University’s doctoral program concentrating in public administration. A strong advocate for education, Ms. Green is currently an adjunct professor at Herzing University, Delgado Community College, and Ashford University. She is an active member of the National Federation of Paralegal Association (NFPA), New Orleans Paralegal Association (NOPA), District F Representative of the City of Slidell Planning and Zoning Commission, board member of the Council on Aging - St. Tammany (COAST), and a member of Leadership Northshore’s Class of 2017, where she serves as the corresponding secretary.
