Overview

Stay Ethical in the Everyday

In daily paralegal work, ethical missteps often happen quietly - and quickly. A casual email, an offhand comment, or a routine task can unintentionally cross professional lines, exposing you and your firm to serious consequences. This "daily ethics check" will help you spot and avoid ethical risks in your everyday work so you can prevent mistakes and maintain your professional integrity. Register today!

  • Avoid the unathorized practice of law (UPL) by understanding the limits of your role in every conversation.
  • Recognize how easily confidentiality can be compromised - and learn ways to protect it.
  • Use tech and social media responsibly - ethical risks can hide in the simplest messages or posts.

  2. Keeping Client Information and Communications Confidential
