She is also well versed in the full cycle of real estate transactions for utility- scale renewable energy, utility - scale battery energy storage systems, transmission lines, pipelines, and minerals (oil, gas, and other minerals). Ms. Pickenpaugh's experience and expertise spans from greenfield, development, continuing obligations and issues, all the way through decommissioning. While working for multibillion dollar companies, she successfully facilitated a spin-off of $6 billion in assets and secured another $2 billion in revolving credit. Ms. Pickenpaugh has grown and managed a portfolio of over 60 projects with 10 GW in development in more than 28 states and Canadian provinces. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas. Ms. Pickenpaugh earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law.
