Rose Pickenpaugh
is of counsel at Litwin Kach LLP. Her practice is focused on energy real estate transactions and projects including; mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, optioning, leasing, contract negotiations, general counsel, due diligence, development of minerals, siting campaigns, general business contract negotiations, and leading real estate teams. Since 2010, Ms. Pickenpaugh has worked at Fortune 500, publicly-traded, and vanguard start-up energy companies. She is also well versed in the full cycle of real estate transactions for utility- scale renewable energy, utility - scale battery energy storage systems, transmission lines, pipelines, and minerals (oil, gas, and other minerals). Ms. Pickenpaugh's experience and expertise spans from greenfield, development, continuing obligations and issues, all the way through decommissioning. While working for multibillion dollar companies, she successfully facilitated a spin-off of $6 billion in assets and secured another $2 billion in revolving credit. Ms. Pickenpaugh has grown and managed a portfolio of over 60 projects with 10 GW in development in more than 28 states and Canadian provinces. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas. Ms. Pickenpaugh earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law.

Kristi C. Trafton
is an attorney at Rudman Winchell, specializing in real estate law. She began practicing with a focus primarily on municipal and real estate law, accumulating invaluable experience in representing both buyers and sellers, particularly excelling in "paper litigation," involving land disputes, easements, roads, and right of ways. Ms. Trafton specializes in real estate with probate and estates, municipal, and corporate transactions. Her dedication to resolving intricate matters with a meticulous approach has been evident throughout many of the complex and contentious matters that she had deftly handled. Ms. Trafton earned her B.A. degree from University of Maine and her J.D. degree from Whittier Law School.

Heather M. Fuller
is an attorney at Sandberg Phoenix and works in the business litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on creditor's rights, title resolution, mortgage servicing law, and real estate related matters. With over twenty years of foreclosure, eviction, and title insurance experience, Ms. Fuller is proficient in handling all aspects and phases of the default servicing process. She routinely represents lenders, investors, and servicers as they navigate state and federal compliance questions and resolve borrower disputes. Ms. Fuller has extensive experience resolving complex title issues including disputed easements, boundary lines, lien priority, clouds in the chain of title, and title insurance claim coverage matters. She has assisted clients with drafting both commercial and residential loan origination and loan modification documents. Ms. Fuller earned her B.A. degree from Eastern Illinois University and her J.D. degree from St. Louis University. She is licensed in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas, and is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Ms. Fuller frequently speaks on topics relating to foreclosure, title defects and title insurance for mortgage servicing and attorney organizations.
