Ms. Pickenpaugh has grown and managed a portfolio of over 60 projects with 10 GW in development in more than 28 states and Canadian provinces. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas. Ms. Pickenpaugh earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law.
