is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting; which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

is an attorney at his firm Evans Legal Group PC. He earned his Ph.D. degree in educational administration from Georgia State University and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University. Dr. Evans is a National Endowment for the Humanities Fellow and has studied at Downing College, Cambridge University, England. He served as a founder of the Western Institute for Agricultural Land Use, the Sagebrush Forum, and help the found the Agricultural Rural Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association servings as its chair and on the Board of Governors of the Colorado Bar Association. Dr. Evans has more than 30 years of experience working as both a lawyer, public servant, and educator. As an educator, he worked Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana, California, and Colorado. He served as an assistant professor of educational administration at San Jose State University, a labor mediator resolving school/teacher labor disputes, director of university to public school's partners program for school improvement, and a college dean. He has specialized in leadership development, accountability, and school finance reform. Dr. Evans also worked on national training projects for the Chief State School Officers Institutes.

is a senior associate in the firm's commercial, class action and production liability litigation practices. Her practice primarily focuses on insurance coverage defense. Ms. Emory has tried cases solo in Superior Court and Magistrate Court. She is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia. Ms. Emory is currently an officer as co-editor of The YLD Review. She is a graduate of the 2020 YLD Leadership Academy and has written numerous articles for The YLD Review. Ms. Emory received the 2021-2022 YLD Achievement Award for Service to the Public, 2020-2021 YLD Achievement Award for Service to the Public, and the 2019-2020 YLD Achievement Award for Service to the Profession. She is also on the Editorial Board for the Georgia Bar Journal. In addition, Ms. Emory is on the Selection Committee for the Justice Robert Benham Awards for the Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina, with a double major in economics and global supply chain and operations management with a minor in music. Ms. Emory earned her J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was the submissions editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, as well as an author of numerous publications. After graduating from law school, she was a fellow for Judge William ("Billy") Ray, II at the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Before joining HBS, Mr. Dial was an attorney at other firms in Oklahoma and Texas where he specialized in personal injury, wrongful death and underinsured/uninsured motorist cases. He also has more than a decade of experience working in healthcare as a radiologic technologist and understands the pressures and complexities that healthcare providers face. Mr. Dial brings this knowledge and experience to bear in every client matter. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree, summa cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Mr. Dial also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational leadership at the University of Central Oklahoma and an Associate Degree in applied science as a radiologic technologist at Oklahoma State University at Oklahoma City.
