Ecleynne Mercy
is a highly accomplished attorney the proud owner and operator of Mercy Law P.C. She has also established Legal Upgrade, a company that offers various services and products related to legal guidance, instruction and wellness-based frameworks. The primary focus of Legal Upgrade is to assist individuals, businesses and communities in integrating wellness-based strategies into their daily legal lives and infrastructure. One of the key services provided by Legal Upgrade is an extensive workshop specifically designed to help students maximize their scores on the essay portion of the Georgia Bar Exam. Ms. Mercy has years of experience in helping repeat bar takers pass the bar, and she utilizes her expertise to provide valuable guidance and instruction to aspiring lawyers. Additionally, she oversees and directs various activities within Legal Upgrade. This includes training and supervising paralegal/support staff, conducting bar compliance reviews, providing case management training, monitoring deadlines, and performing firm audits. She conducts "Know Your Rights" seminars across the country, educating citizens about their constitutional rights when dealing with law enforcement. Additionally, Ms. Mercy serves as a legal commentator for Court TV, where she shares her insights and expertise on various legal matters. Her educational background includes a B.A. degree from Howard University and a J.D. degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Ms. Mercy holds memberships in several professional organizations, including the DeKalb Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, Haitian American Lawyers Association of Georgia, and Sister Care Alliance. These affiliations demonstrate her commitment to professional development, networking, and community engagement within the legal field.

Laura A. Danielson
is currently the vice president of sales operations, revenue enablement, and HaystackID University at HaystackID, Inc. She has over three decades of experience and is an industry expert in the areas of complex litigation, specializing in consulting; best practices in litigation technology and support; ESI; data management; and trial advocacy for corporations and law firms. Ms. Danielson is a former litigation paralegal, project manager, published author, and frequent speaker/instructor. She has participated in over 100 trials in federal and state courts nationally, and has been on numerous winning trial teams, with her work focused on the areas of intellectual property, product liability, toxic tort, and complex litigation. In addition, Ms. Danielson has worked on mock trials, focus groups and arbitrations, and assisted counsel in preparation for mediations. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and an associate degree in paralegal studies. Ms. Danielson holds the following certifications: Certified Records Manager (CRM), Project Management Professional (PMP) Six Sigma-Green Belt, and Six Sigma-White Belt. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA), Six Sigma, and Women in E-Discovery (WiE), where she is past board member of the national leadership team for WiE. Ms. Danielson was a 2024 Finalist for the Stellar Women Relativity Innovation Award and is a winner of the Monica Bay Legacy Award - Tech Law Awards 2026.

Matthew T. May
is an attorney with Rosenblum & Reisman, Attorneys at Law, where he practices in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, car accident cases, trucking accidents, civil rights, and criminal defense. Mr. May earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee bar associations.

Andrea Holley
received her paralegal degree in 1992 from State Technical Institute at Memphis. She has worked as a litigation paralegal in Memphis since 1993, with her focus since 2009 on medical malpractice matters. Ms. Holley served on the board of the Memphis Paralegal Alliance for five years, and served as president for two years. She is currently a member of the Tennessee Paralegal Association. Ms. Holley has also been a guest lecturer for paralegal students at Southwest Tennessee Community College and The University of Memphis.
