T. Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Ida L. Williamson
is a paralegal for the law firm of Cozen O'Connor, where she specializes in litigation, trial practice, insurance defense, personal injury, premises and product liability with emphasis on discovery, medical record review, research, mediation, and trial practice. Ms. Williamson conducts medical research, legal and factual research, investigations, and client interviews. She also prepares medical chronologies, deposition summaries, pleadings, memoranda, witness and exhibit lists, digital and hard copy trial exhibits, and trial notebooks, as well as attending trial. Ms. Williamson attended Broward College in Fort Lauderdale.

Michael G. Watters
is the managing partner and founding partner with O'Brien Watters & Davis, LLP, where he is a trial attorney with extensive trial, as well as significant appellate experience. He specializes in all aspects of trial work, with emphases on complex civil litigation, business litigation, employment litigation, family law and insurance. Mr. Watters defends professional licensees and has handled many appeals. He earned his B.S. degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Watters then attended its Graduate School of Business Administration (now the Haas School) and earned an M.B.A. degree. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Watters is a member of the State Bar of California, and Sonoma County, Marin County and American bar associations. He is a member of the bar of various United States District Courts, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, formerly known as Court of Military Appeals (COMA). Mr. Watters has been active in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Since 1979, he has been an arbitrator for the Sonoma, Marin and Napa County Superior courts.

is an attorney with The Law Firm of Grasing & Associates. He has more than 25 years of trial experience in New York. Mr. Grasing knows how to try a case in a straight forward convincing manor, and how to pare down the facts and issues to their essential parts to help a jury reach the correct decision. His understanding of the law, gained through his trial experience, provides his clients with a distinct competitive advantage, whether or not their case gets to trial. Mr. Grasing practices in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, insurance coverage, collections, subrogation, arson, and fraud cases. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Stonybrook and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.
