Jonathan Schutrum
is an associate in the Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. litigation department, where he focuses his practice in medical and professional malpractice defense, nursing home litigation, municipal and governmental litigation, product liability, and insurance defense litigation. An experienced attorney, Mr. Schutrum has successfully prosecuted and defended legal actions in both New York state and federal courts. He also has experience handling and resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Mr. Schutrum graduated, magna cum laude, from George Washington University before earning his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Bar Association of Erie County.

T. Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Craig Sanders
is a member of Rainey Kizer Reviere & Bell PLC practicing in the areas of medical malpractice defense and professional liability defense. He has been an adjunct faculty member teaching Medical Ethics and Legal Aspects of Healthcare Administration for Union University since 2007. Mr. Sanders is a member of Jackson-Madison County Bar Association (former President), Tennessee Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association (former Co-Chair of Professional Negligence and Healthcare section). Mr. Sanders has authored numerous articles, including those appearing in For the Defense (DRI Magazine) and Tennessee Bar Journal. He received his B.A. degree, high honors, from University of Memphis and earned his J.D. degree, high honors, from University of Tennessee.

Mandi Karvis
is a shareholder in Wicker Smith's Phoenix office. She opened the office in 2018, and serves as the managing partner there, overseeing the day-to-day office operations as well as her busy litigation schedule. Ms. Karvis regularly defends individual healthcare providers of all specialties, including chiropractors and other allied healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home health care agencies. She serves as national counsel to several clients on matters involving inappropriate sexual touching in a professional setting, and has successfully tried cases in Arizona, Tennessee, California and New York, in addition to her federal court practice. In addition to her trial practice, Ms. Karvis also represents healthcare professionals before their relevant licensing entities, aiding with licensing requirements and addressing complaints filed by patients, employers, or insurance firms. In this role, she frequently appears before several boards, such as the Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Arizona Medical Board, Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners, Arizona State Board of Nursing, Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners, and the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Ms. Karvis is a member of WESTMARC Board of Directors, member (2013-2016), Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, Board of Directors (2010-2013), State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Litigation Counsel of America, and the National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys (NACA). She is admitted to practice in Arizona, U.S. District Court District of Arizona and U.S. Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit.
