All credit hours may be taken as live or self study programs. Acceptable topics include substantive law issues, enhancing computer skills or research techniques, and increasing management skills.

How do I report my Delaware Certified Paralegal CLE credits?

Paralegals are responsible for tracking and reporting their own credits. Three months prior to the renewal date for each DCP (Delaware Certified Paralegal), the Vice President will send a letter to the DCP stating that his/her DCP renewal is due and the date by which the renewal information must be received by the Committee. The "Application for CLE Credit to Maintain Delaware Certified Paralegal Credential," proof of completion of the requisite CLE hours and the two-year renewal fee in effect at the time of renewal shall be submitted to the Committee.

What are the specialty credit requirements for Delaware Certified Paralegals?

1.00 hour of ethics every two years.
