All credit hours may be taken as live or self study programs.
Programs approved by NALA (The Paralegal Association Certifying Board), will honor credit for The Montana Association of Legal Assistants (MALA) and the Paralegal Section of the State Bar of Montana.
Paralegals are responsible for tracking and reporting their own CLE credits. Please retain the Verified Certificate of Completion for your records.
On or before March 1, the State Bar of Montana will mail you an affidavit form to report your CLE activity for the preceding reporting year. Include with the affidavit any proof that the Professional Responsibility Committee may require. The affidavit must be filed no later than March 31.
