How do I report my Ohio Bar Certified Paralegal CLE credits?

Paralegals are responsible for tracking and reporting their own credits on their biennial report that is filed with the Ohio State Bar Association Certification Board.

The biennial reports must be filed with the Certification Board, or the Association between November 1 and December 1 of every other year that a paralegal is certified and must be accompanied by fees as established by the fee schedule of the OSBA.

As a OSBA Certified Paralegal, when do I need to recertify?

Certified Paralegals must apply for recertification in the calendar year preceding the expiration date of a paralegal’s certification.

What are the specialty credit requirements for Ohio Bar Certified Paralegals?

2.50 hours of professional conduct every 2 years.

Legal Ethics
Professionalism
Alcoholism, substance abuse, or mental health issues, and/or
