is an attorney with Wilmer & Lee in Decatur, Alabama. He has over 30 years of legal experience, primarily focusing on trusts and estates, real estate, corporate law, and trial advocacy. Mr. Massengale earned his J.D. degree from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Massengale also holds a license with the Alabama Real Estate Commission as a Realtor. He frequently speaks at seminars for various communities and serves as a board member for NewLife Behavior Prison Ministry.

Previously, she handled civil litigation matters at a Michigan-based personal injury firm, gaining extensive experience in Medicare, Medicaid and ERISA issues and litigating numerous cases before state and federal court juries. Ms. Duffy earned her Bachelor's Degree, cum laude, from Michigan State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Michigan Association for Justice (past Executive Board Member), Oakland County Bar Association, and Ingham County Bar Association. Ms. Duffy is admitted to practice law in Michigan.

James Gillis
is a solo practitioner at the Law Office of James A. Gillis, where he focuses his practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration - wills, trusts, and estates. A significant part of his practice involves advising and assisting clients serving as executors, administrators, personal representatives, and trustees. Mr. Gillis typically creates a plan at the outset for how the estate or trust will be administered, giving due consideration to the choices that will be presented during the administration process, and then plan how the work will be divided among the client and assisting professionals. He also helps clients who have already started the administration process, including preparing court accountings and gift and estate tax returns. Mr. Gillis received his B.S. from Villanova University and his J.D., cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
