Speaker bio
Jeanette Irby
is a retired Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. She is currently managing director of Juridical Solutions PLC, where she mediates family law disputes which are most suited to alternative dispute resolution. Judge Irby is experienced in all areas of civil litigation, including complex business disputes, divorce (equitable distribution, spousal support and custody), and personal injury claims. Before going on the bench, she practiced law with her primary focus on domestic relations. Judge Irby earned her B.S. degree from Central Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Thomas W. Cooley Law School.

Lawrence Praeger
is the principal of the Dallas law firm of Lawrence J. Praeger, P.C. He is board-certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Since 1981, Mr. Praeger has focused his practice on family law including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, marital property distribution and family law mediation. He completed the mediation training at the Dispute Resolution Center in Austin, Texas. Mr. Praeger is a member of the Dallas and American Bar associations, State Bar of Texas (member, sections on: Criminal Law; Family Law; Juvenile Law) and Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.He has previously lectured on ethics issues for the Institute for Paralegal Education. Mr. Praeger earned his B.A. degree at Simon's Rock and his J.D. degree at South Texas College of Law.

T. Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

is a sole practitioner in the Law Office of Louis G. Guzzo, where he concentrates his practice in all issues relating to family law, including divorce, custody, child support, adoption, and domestic violence matters. He serves as an early settlement panelist for Burlington and Camden counties; and is a member of the Camden County (member, Family Law Committee); New Jersey State and American bar associations. Mr. Guzzo is also a former member of the Thomas S. Forkin Inns of Court. He earned his B.S. degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
