Jason Alderman
focuses his practice on national and international litigation with a particular emphasis on complex banking, real property, contract, corporate, creditors' rights, fiduciary, and valuation litigation. He is a member of The Florida Bar. Mr. Alderman earned his B.S. degree from Florida Statute University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.

Alexandra Ah Loy
is a partner at Hall Booth Smith, P.C., where she focuses her practice in health care, medical malpractice, civil rights, premises liability, and general litigation defense practicing in federal and state courts across the midwest and central regions of the United States. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology, with minors in French and public administration, from the University of Central Oklahoma, and graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. At OCU Law, Ms. Ah Loy earned the CALI award for Antitrust I and for Business Planning, an honor reserved for the top student in a course. She is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, Robert J. Turner Inn of Court, Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, Oklahoma City University School of Law Alumni Association, and Oklahoma City Metro Literacy Coalition. Additionally, Ms. Ah Loy is the vice president of the Board of Directors for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc. She is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas; Western, Northern and Eastern districts of Oklahoma; Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas; District of Colorado; and Western and Eastern districts of Texas.

Cynthia Everson
is an attorney at Everson Law Firm PLLC, where she provides private representation for federal and state criminal and civil matters, with an emphasis on indigent representation. Ms. Everson has defended people accused of gun crimes in both state and federal court, and has litigated issues related to the right to possess and carry firearms, as well as property issues related to retrieving firearms that were seized by law enforcement. She is an adjunct writing instructor at Rowan Cabarrus Community College in Concord, North Carolina and has been teaching there for two years. Ms. Everson earned her B.A. degree from Gardner Webb University; her M.A. degree from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte; and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Charlotte School of Law.
