Elysia Prendergast-Jones
is managing attorney with Legal Aid of North Carolina. She is a board-certified specialist in family law. Ms. Prendergast-Jones supervises other in-house attorneys on family and domestic violence matters, advising on legal precedents, legal instruments, and the correct application of laws and statutes in district, superior and appellate courts. She also speaks at numerous CLE seminars and trainings. Ms. Prendergast-Jones earned her B.A. degree from Coker College, her M.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Webster University, and her J.D. degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

T. Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Tifanne Wolter
is an attorney with Henningson & Snoxell Ltd. She has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. Ms. Wolter has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce and mediation, and upon graduating from law school, she obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Wolter worked for Legal Aid, helping victims of domestic abuse and low-income clients with family law issues. She is the past chairperson and representative to the assembly for the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law Section). Ms. Wolter has been involved with the Family Law Section for many years. Previously, she was the vice chairperson and chairperson of publications. Ms. Wolter earned her B.A. degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Richard Eisen
is a partner at the St. Louis law firm of Growe Eisen Karlen Eilerts LLC. He concentrates his practice in the area of family/domestic law, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, paternity, maintenance, child support, child custody, modification matters, enforcement, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. Mr. Eisen has tried and settled numerous complex family law cases. He frequently lectures and publishes articles in the area of family law. Mr. Eisen is a certified divorce mediator and has been appointed by the court as a guardian ad litem for children in custody disputes. Mr. Eisen is a member of The Missouri Bar (past-chair, Legislative Subcommittee of the Family Law Section), the St. Louis County Bar Association (past-president and Executive Board member), the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Washington University and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. He has been named as a Super Lawyer for more than ten years and listed in Best Lawyers in America.

Daniel Hoff
is a senior partner with Hoff Law Offices, LLC in Appleton, Wisconsin, practicing in the areas of divorce, post divorce, child support, spousal support, paternity, personal injury and real estate. In September 2013, Senator Mike Ellis appointed Mr. Hoff to the Wisconsin Access to Justice Commission, whose mission is to develop and encourage means of expanding access to the civil justice system for unrepresented low-income Wisconsin residents. He has been the president of that organization since 2018. Mr. Hoff earned his B.A. degree in economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, American Bar Association, Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, Outagamie County Bar Association and Waupaca County Bar Association. Mr. Hoff is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, and U.S. District Court, Eastern and Eastern districts of Wisconsin.
