She has worked as a litigation paralegal in Memphis since 1993, with her focus since 2009 on medical malpractice matters. Ms. Holley served on the board of the Memphis Paralegal Alliance for five years, and served as president for two years. She is currently a member of the Tennessee Paralegal Association. Ms. Holley has also been a guest lecturer for paralegal students at Southwest Tennessee Community College and The University of Memphis.
