An accomplished author, Ms. Walsh Sivak's work has been published in a number of prestigious legal publications, including the New York Law Journal, New York State Bar Association Elder Law & Special Needs Journal, Nassau Lawyer and Suffolk Lawyer. She has received numerous honors, including the Forty Under 40 Award for Rising Stars in Business, "Who's Who in Healthcare Law," "Ones to Watch: Law", and the St. Vincent DePaul Legal Program Award. Ms. Walsh Sivak earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from St. John's University and her J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law. She holds a certificate with the state Certified Court Evaluator, Counsel for Alleged Incapacitated Persons and Guardian for Incapacitated Persons. Ms. Walsh Sivak is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, co-vice chair of Elder Law Committee, Cannagather and the St. John's University School of Law Alumnae Leadership Council. She is admitted to practice in New York.

Mr. Shapiro is well-versed in areas related to estate planning and administration, such as estate and gift tax, real estate transactions, elder law, and Medicaid planning. He earned his B.S. degree from Long Island University and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law. Ms. Nash serves on the Board for the San Antonio Paralegal Association as treasurer and the pro bono sub-chair for District 5 of the State of Texas Paralegal Division, San Antonio Paralegal Association, San Antonio Bara Association-Legal Operations Section, San Antonio Legal Services Association as the paralegal representative and mentorship chair and pro bono sub-chair for the State Bar Paralegal Division. She speaks frequently on many legal topics, including ethics. Ms. Nash received her associate degree in applied science for legal assistants from Alvin Community College.

graduated from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin School of Law in 1976 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in November of 1976. Prior to entering law school, he served in the US Army from 1965-1967 where he was part of the Army Engineer Field Unit of the Ethiopia - U.S. Mapping Mission. This mission was the last ground mapping of an entire country ever undertaken. Mr. Norvell's practice has transitioned to late life issues, such a guardianship, Medicaid planning, trust and probate administration, and litigation. He has been working in the area for over 40 years and has two practices in the Leesburg area, with one office dedicated to the sole practice of Medicaid planning. Mr. Norvell is a member of the University of Florida President's Council.

She prepares federal and state individual income tax returns, charitable organization informational returns, fiduciary income tax returns, federal and state estate tax returns and federal gift tax returns, and any other returns deemed necessary by supervising attorney. Ms. Holst is proficient in various state tax returns. She monitors and maintains the master list for individual, fiduciary and gift tax preparation for all firm clients, as well as tax files and tax information. Ms. Holst prepares and organizes data during estate tax and gift tax audits. She prepares estate planning documents, including powers of attorney, wills, deeds, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts, and is proficient in estate and trust administrations. Ms. Holst researches estate planning procedures in various states, and assist attorneys with certain state guidelines. She is a member of NALA and the St. Louis Paralegal Association, and volunteers with the IRS program VITA. Ms. Holst earned her A.A. degree in paralegal studies from Lewis & Clark Community College and her B.A. degree in business administration/management from Harding University.
