Mr. West is deeply committed to helping entrepreneurs and businesses thrive by creating, developing, and leveraging their intellectual property portfolios to achieve business goals. His practice encompasses all facets of intellectual property litigation, including pre-suit investigations and searches, trials, appeals, and post-grant patent matters. Mr. West represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), various boards, and federal courts in a wide range of IP matters. He is also a registered patent attorney handling prosecutorial matters before the USPTO. Mr. West routinely uses this knowledge to his advantage in IP litigation.
