John D. Malanga
is an attorney in Fort Worth, Texas, where his main area of practice is insurance defense. He operates the Malanga Law Firm in Fort Worth. Mr. Malanga is board-certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has spoken for various professional groups on issues relating to insurance law. Mr. Malanga is a member of the Tarrant County and the American bar associations, and the State Bar of Texas. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University; and his M.B.A and J.D. degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

Christine M. Flynn
is a litigation paralegal at Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C. She has 30 years of experience in the field. Ms. Flynn handles assignments from managing partners and three attorneys on personal injury cases. Duties include file maintenance, completing investigation, daily client interaction, intakes, monitoring deadlines; as well as liens, coordinating medical and vocational evaluations, preparing responses to discovery requests, digesting depositions, preparing medical overviews, drafting demand packets, settlement, mediation and arbitration memos; as well as trial memos and exhibits in all aspects of trial preparation. Ms. Flynn is a member of The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals (chair of the Pro Bono, Programs and Professional Development committees), National Federation of Paralegal Associations (pro bono coordinator), American Bar Association (liaison for the Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service, Standing Committee for the State of the Paralegal Profession), Paralegal Studies Advisory Board at the Community College of Philadelphia, American Association for Justice (chair of Paralegal Committee), Pennsylvania Association for Justice (chair of Paralegal Committee) and the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Jonathan J. Schutrum
is an associate in Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, P.C.'s Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice in medical and professional malpractice defense, nursing home litigation, municipal and governmental litigation, product liability, and insurance defense litigation. An experienced attorney, Mr. Schutrum has successfully prosecuted and defended legal actions in both New York state and federal courts. He also has experience handling and resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Mr. Schutrum graduated, magna cum laude, from George Washington University, before earning his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Bar Association of Erie County.

is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Adriante Carter
is an attorney with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP in the firm's healthcare practice group. Her practice focuses on providing counsel and advising healthcare providers on various regulatory matters concerning health information privacy and cybersecurity matters and data breach response. Ms. Carter has considerable experience relating to HIPAA and other state and federal privacy laws. Her experience also includes drafting consumer-facing privacy policies and internal privacy and security policies and procedures. Ms. Carter also advises clients on clinical research matters, including the intersection of health information privacy and research, drafting clinical trial agreements, and research relationships with academic medical centers (AMCs). She also has experience assisting with the licensure in complex mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures of healthcare providers, including ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals. Ms. Carter has experience advising clients on various federal and state licensing laws, including Medicare and Medicaid enrollment issues and changes of ownership. She also has extensive experience advising clients on conversion of a hospital into a rural emergency hospital (REH). Ms. Carter is member of the Bradley Lawyers of Color Resource Group and serves as a liaison for the Women's (Winn) Initiative. She earned her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as a research assistant for multiple professors and as the executive acquisitions editor for the University of Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy. Ms. Carter earned a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in political science and philosophy from Delaware State University and was a legislative fellow for the Delaware General Assembly. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee.
