is an experienced trial attorney and partner at Walton, Theiler, and Winegarden, LLC, a Kenai-based firm serving clients throughout Southeast Alaska, the Kenai Peninsula, and the Anchorage region. Admitted to the Alaska Bar in 2004, Ms. Theiler brings over 20 years of legal experience, with a primary focus in domestic relations and family law litigation, including divorce, custody, protection orders, and related civil matters. She practices regularly in Alaska's First and Third Judicial districts. Ms. Theiler began her career as a trial attorney with the Alaska Public Defender Agency, where she represented clients in high-level felony cases, juvenile delinquency, and child-in-need-of-aid proceedings. She also served as a certified CINA mediator with the Alaska Court System and has extensive experience handling complex family dynamics involving relocations, substance use, mental health, domestic violence, and disability issues. She has conducted well over a 100 trials and a reputation for courtroom excellence, particularly in evidentiary practice under the Alaska Rules of Evidence. Ms. Theiler earned her J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, cum laude, where she focused on poverty law and served as editor of the International Law Journal. She holds a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Her continuing legal education includes completion of the National Criminal Defense College, certification in court mediation, and advanced training in advocacy for children and clients with disabilities. She was published in the North Dakota Law Review. Ms. Theiler was named The Best Attorney on the Kenai Peninsula for 2025.

She focuses exclusively on domestic relations, including divorce, child custody, legitimation, modifications, and prenuptial agreements. Ms. Reid is passionate about supporting survivors of domestic violence, volunteering with Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and Atlanta Legal Aid. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Georgia State University. Ms. Reid was named AVLF's 2024 Family Law Program Volunteer of the Year and selected as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star in family law. She currently serves as chair of the Sole Practitioner/Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and vice president of Special Events for the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. In addition, Ms. Reid teaches as a faculty member for Emory University School of Law's Kessler-Eidson Trial Techniques Program.

Ms. Beroes' estate practice involves wills, trusts, guardianships, and complex litigation involving heir/beneficiary contests. She has tried many divorce cases in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Lawrence, Washington, Butler, Beaver and Fayette counties, where court appointed valuation experts have testified in each case. Ms. Beroes previously lectured at the University of Buffalo Creative Problem Solving Institute and for the Stepping Out Program at high schools around the city of Pittsburgh. She is also involved in a mentoring program through Allegheny County Child Advocate Training. Ms. Beroes obtained a mediation certificate and co-parenting certificate, and opened a supervised visitation center for children where parents have had safety issues.
