Sarah Decker-Hall
is a sole practitioner in the Dayton, Ohio area. She has been an attorney for 20 years and focuses her practice on family law. Ms. Decker-Hall is the former president of the Stanley Z. Greenberg Family Law Forum. She is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Ms. Decker-Hall earned her B.A. degree from Capital University and her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit School of Law.

T. Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Shana Theiler
is an experienced trial attorney and partner at Walton, Theiler, and Winegarden, LLC, a Kenai-based firm serving clients throughout Southeast Alaska, the Kenai Peninsula, and the Anchorage region. Admitted to the Alaska Bar in 2004, Ms. Theiler brings over 20 years of legal experience, with a primary focus in domestic relations and family law litigation, including divorce, custody, protection orders, and related civil matters. She practices regularly in Alaska's First and Third Judicial districts. Ms. Theiler began her career as a trial attorney with the Alaska Public Defender Agency, where she represented clients in high-level felony cases, juvenile delinquency, and child-in-need-of-aid proceedings. She also served as a certified CINA mediator with the Alaska Court System and has extensive experience handling complex family dynamics involving relocations, substance use, mental health, domestic violence, and disability issues. She has conducted well over a 100 trials and a reputation for courtroom excellence, particularly in evidentiary practice under the Alaska Rules of Evidence. Ms. Theiler earned her J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, cum laude, where she focused on poverty law and served as editor of the International Law Journal. She holds a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Her continuing legal education includes completion of the National Criminal Defense College, certification in court mediation, and advanced training in advocacy for children and clients with disabilities. She was published in the North Dakota Law Review. Ms. Theiler was named The Best Attorney on the Kenai Peninsula for 2025.

Balean Reid
is an associate attorney with Barnhart Family Law - she helped open the Firm in 2023. She focuses exclusively on domestic relations, including divorce, child custody, legitimation, modifications, and prenuptial agreements. Ms. Reid is passionate about supporting survivors of domestic violence, volunteering with Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and Atlanta Legal Aid. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Georgia State University. Ms. Reid was named AVLF's 2024 Family Law Program Volunteer of the Year and selected as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star in family law. She currently serves as chair of the Sole Practitioner/Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and vice president of Special Events for the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. In addition, Ms. Reid teaches as a faculty member for Emory University School of Law's Kessler-Eidson Trial Techniques Program.

Rachel Platt
is an attorney and founding member at The Platt Law Firm in Georgia, where she practices in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, contempt, adoptions, paternity and legitimation, and special education law. Ms. Platt is a member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, State Bar of Georgia and Atlanta Bar Association. She is trained as a guardian ad litem and as a mediator in collaborative divorce. Ms. Platt earned her B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and her J.D. degree from the University of Colorado School of Law.

Kristopher Hilscher
regularly serves as an expert co-counsel on military divorce cases and military pension division, assisting attorneys nationwide in drafting military pension division orders and consulting on military divorce issues. He is the chair of the Military Committee of the ABA Family Law Section, and an appointed member of the ABA Standing Committee on Legal Assistance for Military Personnel. Mr. Hilscher is a board-certified specialist in family law, practicing in Raleigh, North Carolina. He regularly speaks at CLE presentations on military family law, and is the author of several publications on the military family law. Mr. Hilscher was recognized as a 2023 Leader in the Law by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly, recognizing lawyers who set the standard for other lawyers. He has appeared on CNN, HLN, ABC, NBC, WRAL, and in The Guardian.

Elizabeth Beroes
is the owner of Beroes Law Center, P.C. She has practiced law for 27 years in the areas of family law, criminal law, estates, and personal injury (female issues). Ms. Beroes' estate practice involves wills, trusts, guardianships, and complex litigation involving heir/beneficiary contests. She has tried many divorce cases in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Lawrence, Washington, Butler, Beaver and Fayette counties, where court appointed valuation experts have testified in each case. Ms. Beroes previously lectured at the University of Buffalo Creative Problem Solving Institute and for the Stepping Out Program at high schools around the city of Pittsburgh. She is also involved in a mentoring program through Allegheny County Child Advocate Training. Ms. Beroes obtained a mediation certificate and co-parenting certificate, and opened a supervised visitation center for children where parents have had safety issues. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. degree from Capital University. Ms. Beroes is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (member, Family Law Section); Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations; and Compassionate Friends of Greater Pittsburgh Organization, for parents who have lost children (Steering Committee).
