Kelly L. Burris
is a senior litigation partner with Cordell & Cordell, where she focuses her practice in family law. Ms. Burris is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. She is also board-certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Burris earned her B.A. degree from the University of Texas and her J.D. degree from Texas Tech School of Law, where she was an articles editor on the Law Review.

William D. Ashwell
is an attorney with Ashwell & Ashwell, PLLC. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, land use and zoning, appellate advocacy, business and commercial law, and trust and estate planning. Mr. Ashwell is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the The Virginia State Bar Association and Fauquier Bar Association, and serves on the Virginia State Bar Seventh District Disciplinary Committee. Mr. Ashwell earned his B.A. degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

is a partner with the Leawood law firm of Goza & Honnold, LLC, where his focus is on medical negligence, pharmaceutical, and medical device litigation. Mr. Honnold has spoken at various CLE events on medical negligence issues. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar Association and the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Honnold earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.

is the owner of Coleman Law Group LLC, located in Gary, Indiana. She has more than 21 years of experience and a diverse law practice. Ms. Coleman's areas of practice include, but are not limited to, personal injury cases, discrimination cases, civil rights cases, estate planning, and family law. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Ms. Coleman earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University. is a partner at Hoover Hull Turner LLP which is a boutique litigation firm which focuses on business litigation. She focuses her practice on eDiscovery and also provides trial consulting services to the firm's clients. Ms. Geib's deep knowledge of eDiscovery law and practice was gained over many years of experience, first as a litigator in an Am Law 100 firm and subsequently as an eDiscovery consultant. She has published numerous articles on topics in eDiscovery and legal technology for a wide variety of publications including Legaltech News, JD Supra, The Indiana Lawyer and Inside Counsel. Ms. Geib earned her B.A. degree from Drew University and her J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and a registered patent attorney. Ms. Geib is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and serves as chapter director of the Women in eDiscovery Indianapolis chapter.
