Jessica M. Peraza
is of counsel at Lippes Mathias LLP. She focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, Medicaid, and long-term care planning. As a law student, Ms. Peraza interned for the Hon. Barbara Howe in Erie County Surrogate's Court and worked in the Public Benefits Unit of Neighborhood Legal Services. Her previous experience includes residential foreclosures, public and private sector labor law, contract negotiations, probate matters, third party credit collections, and representation of clients in administrative hearings and arbitrations. Ms. Peraza earned her B.A. degree from St. Lawrence University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Buffalo School of Law.

Elena Sallitto, Esq.
is a principal with Stavely and Sallitto Elder Law, LLC, where she focuses her practice exclusively on elder law. She routinely provides counsel on Medicaid planning, nursing home involuntary discharge issues, nursing home and assisted living quality of care concerns, guardianship, financial exploitation, powers of attorney, as well as wills, trusts and probate. Ms. Sallitto is a Certified Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Law Foundation. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (past chair of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section) and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Sallitto is a graduate of the Catholic University Columbus School of Law and admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington, D.C., New York and Connecticut.

Olia M. Yelner
is the owner of the law firm Pirro & Church LLC, where her main areas of practice include Social Security Disability, ODAR hearings, appeals council and Federal District Court for Social Security matters. Ms. Yelner is admitted to practice in Connecticut and before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. Ms. Yelner earned her B.S. degree from Sacred Heart University and her J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Ms. Yelner is a former adjunct professor at Lincoln College of New England, teaching various legal courses including insurance law, legal ethics and legal research and writing.

is a sole proprietor at McMillan & Rabinow, where she practices probate and elder law, and prepares wills and related documents. Ms. Rabinow earned her bachelor's degree from Knox College in Galesburg and her J.D. degree from Yale Law School. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.

Stephanie M. Smith
is an experienced attorney with over twenty-five years of practice in trust and estate planning, elder law, and real estate strategy. Through her firm, SMS Law Offices, LLC, located in Maryland and Washington, D.C., she advises families on creating revocable and irrevocable trusts, Medicaid planning, and integrating property ownership into long-term wealth and care strategies. She also advises LLCs, for-profit and non-profit corporations, corporate trusts and high-net worth estates on developing complex real estate development projects with their financial assets. As a tax attorney by trade, Ms. Smith provides strategic tax advice related to real estate investment activities for preserving assets, structures asset property transfers, and navigates complex Medicare and Medicaid eligibility rules. Additionally, Ms. Smith handles all types of probate administration matters, and for clients who need expert advice on how to manage, invest, and/or develop their inherited real estate properties. She holds a B.A. from Howard University in Washington, D.C., a J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey and an LL.M. with a concentration in International Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted to practice in D.C., Maryland, and New Jersey.

Jon Ressler
is a principal in the law firm of Roose Ressler & Green, Co., LPA, which practices Social Security disability law and has offices in Lorain, Toledo, and Wooster, Ohio. He has practiced Social Security and disability law since 1997. Mr. Ressler has lectured on Social Security disability law at conferences of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and other CLE seminars. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Ressler earned his B.A. degree at the University of Akron and his J.D. degree at Case Western Reserve University.
