is a partner with Blankingship & Keith, PC. She primarily practices domestic relations, but also general civil litigation in District of Columbia, Northern Virginia and Maryland. Ms. Huff utilizes a client-centric approach and focuses on assisting clients to obtain solutions for their unique family law situations. She practices in all areas of family law including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, modification actions, termination actions, appeals, protective orders, retirement orders, and the drafting and negotiation of various agreements, including prenuptial agreements or premarital agreements. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland. Continually recognized by her peers, Ms. Huff has been named a Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star and a District of Columbia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020, 2019, 2017 and 2016. She is an active member of the Fairfax County Bar Association, currently serving as the Family Law Section co-chair and a moderator of continuing legal education seminars. Ms. Huff previously served as a director of the Young Lawyers Section, volunteer coordinator for the annual Fairfax Law Foundation 5K Race, chair of the 2019 Color of Justice Program and as a mentor for the Northern Virginia Pro Bono Law Center. Ms. Durham gained significant experience in these and other areas of the law during her more than 15 year stint in private practice. Prior to her time in private practice, she gained substantial trial experience as an assistant Commonwealth’s attorney for the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office in Jefferson County on both the General and Narcotics Division trial teams. Additionally, Ms. Durham acquired meaningful corporate and regulatory affairs experience while working for a pharmaceutical company where she ensured FDA compliance and led corporate mediation between marketing and health care compliance. She graduated magna cum laude (political science and philosophy) from the University of Louisville (1990) before graduating from the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law with her J.D. degree in 1994. She is admitted to the Kentucky and Indiana bars, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for Kentucky’s Eastern and Western districts in (1996), as well as being admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (1996).
