Speaker bio
Tifanne E. Wolter
is an attorney with Henningson & Snoxell Ltd. She has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. Ms. Wolter has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce and mediation, and upon graduating from law school, she obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Wolter worked for Legal Aid, helping victims of domestic abuse and low-income clients with family law issues. She is the past chairperson and representative to the assembly for the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law Section). Ms. Wolter has been involved with the Family Law Section for many years. Previously, she was the vice chairperson and chairperson of publications. Ms. Wolter earned her B.A. degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Bethany M. Mulhern
is a senior attorney with the law firm of Miller Cushing Holladay, PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has been practicing family law since 2017 and focuses on divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony and property settlement agreements. Ms. Mulhern earned her B.A. degree from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. She is admitted to the North Carolina Bar and the U.S. District Court, Western District of North Carolina.

Brittany Vakiner
is a senior litigation attorney with Cordell & Cordell, practicing in the area of family law with an emphasis in divorce. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University and her Juris Doctor from Duquesne Law School. Ms. Vakiner is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Robert B. Kuenzel
is the owner of the firm Kuenzel Law, PLLC in Chapmanville, West Virginia, where he represents clients in personal injury, wrongful death and mining accidents cases, as well as clients in various criminal matters in both state and federal courts. He is a member of The West Virginia State Bar; and is admitted to practice in West Virginia state courts, United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kuenzel earned his B.S. degree in education from West Virginia University, his A.A.S. degree in police science and his M.S. degree in criminal justice from Marshall University and his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, he was a West Virginia State Trooper for nearly ten years; serving as a uniformed officer for five years and a plain clothes investigator for five years. In these roles, Mr. Kuenzel investigated serious motor vehicle crashes, as well as various felony level crimes such as murder, robbery and property crimes.

Hon. Jeanette A. Irby
is a retired Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. She is currently managing director of Juridical Solutions PLC, where she mediates family law disputes which are most suited to alternative dispute resolution. Judge Irby is experienced in all areas of civil litigation, including complex business disputes, divorce (equitable distribution, spousal support and custody), and personal injury claims. Before going on the bench, she practiced law with her primary focus on domestic relations. Judge Irby earned her B.S. degree from Central Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Thomas W. Cooley Law School.
