John E. Petze
is senior trial counsel to the law firm of McDougal Boehmer Foley Lyon Mitchell & Erickson, and a member of the Litigation Unit. He has been a southern California personal injury and business law attorney, representing serious injury victims, insurance companies, their insureds, entrepreneurs, and businesses in San Diego, Riverside, and Imperial County since 1985. Mr. Petze handles all aspects of civil litigation, including mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials. He has been a member of San Diego Superior Court Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators for 20 years. Mr. Petze is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, State Bar of California, and American Inns of Court, Louis M. Welsh Chapter, is a graduate of the San Diego Inns of Court, College of Advocacy and Evidence Workshop, is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern Districts of California and Indiana, and is a pending candidate to the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA). He graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego and earned his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.

is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Martha M. Curley Eastman
is the principal of Eastman Law Office, P.S.C., where she practices in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, general civil litigation, and personal injury. She is a member of the Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina bar associations; Association of Trial Lawyers of America; North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers; and Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys. Ms. Eastman earned her B.S. degree from Kent State University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Louisville.
