He has been a southern California personal injury and business law attorney, representing serious injury victims, insurance companies, their insureds, entrepreneurs, and businesses in San Diego, Riverside, and Imperial County since 1985. Mr. Petze handles all aspects of civil litigation, including mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials. He has been a member of San Diego Superior Court Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators for 20 years. Mr. Petze is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, State Bar of California, and American Inns of Court, Louis M. Welsh Chapter, is a graduate of the San Diego Inns of Court, College of Advocacy and Evidence Workshop, is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern Districts of California and Indiana, and is a pending candidate to the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA). He graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego and earned his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
