Amber James
is the founder and CEO of New Beginnings Family Law, P.C., where her main areas of practice are divorce, child custody, parental alienation, mediation, adoption, and surrogacy. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County Domestic Relations Division as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph A. Ferguson, Jr., and in the firm of Shaw-Anderson, LLC. Ms. James earned her B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. James is also a board-certified family law trial advocate, having received her board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, and the American, Morgan County and Huntsville-Madison County bar associations. Ms. James has previously been recognized as Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020 by the Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship in Huntsville, Alabama. Her firm was chosen as the Professional Services Business of the Year in 2020 by the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Her firm is consistently recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Huntsville, Alabama and recently received the designation of Best Place for Working Parents.

Eric K. Johnson
has been in practice since 1996. He is the owner of Utah Family Law, LC, a firm that practices specifically in divorce and family law. Mr. Johnson is the author of West's Utah Practice Series, Volume 2, Utah Family Law, which has been published annually since 2006. He is a member of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Johnson provides legal education through Utah Family Law TV - UFLTV, Quora, and the firm's website. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School.

Sarah J. Barnes
is an attorney and legal counsel with Voya Financial, where she handles all levels of trust and estate administration matters. She was previously in private practice for many years, where she practiced in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Ms. Barnes earned her B.A. degree from Edgewood College and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. Her professional memberships include the State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane County Bar Association, Legal Association of Women, and the Madison Estate Planning Council. Ms. Barnes serves on a number of non-profit boards, is a frequent speaker at various continuing legal education seminars, and has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Marquette University Law School. She is admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin.

Chad Ratashak
founded Midwest Frontier AI Consulting to help law firms and businesses use generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) responsibly through professional continuing education and training. He has spoken to numerous audiences on generative artificial intelligence, speaking to well over over one thousand people, presenting live and in person, presenting to record audiences (National Insider Threat Awareness Month 2024; ACAMS National Capital Chapter 2026), delivered keynote addresses, and provided live and recorded training. Prior to starting his consultancy, Mr. Ratashak was a senior financial crimes officer, VP, in the Financial Crimes Intelligence team of a major financial institution and was the private sector leader for the Department of Homeland Security’s Public-Private Analytic Exchange Program (AEP) on Ransomware Attacks on Critical Infrastructure in 2022. ChatGPT was not his first encounter with AI risk as an intelligence analyst: in Q4 2017, he received two awards from an employer while working as an intelligence analyst: a company-wide Commitment Award for the quality of a monthly analytical product; and a Teamwork Award for leading a multidisciplinary team that used machine learning to detect influence bots targeting an Arabic-speaking country. Mr. Ratashak is from central Iowa, where he graduated from Southeast Polk and was a Page in the Iowa House of Representatives. He attended the University of Oklahoma as a National Merit Scholar, where he earned both his B.A. degree, major in Arabic and a 5-year BA/MA in International Studies. Mr. Ratashak also completed the Arabic Language Flagship Capstone Year in Meknes, Morocco, and ran a podcast on the linguistics of Moroccan Arabic with his professor for several years after. He has spoken to audiences ranging from law firms and financial crimes professionals to small business owners and developers.

Brendan Krasinski
is a plaintiff-side personal injury attorney at The Champion Firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he represents catastrophically injured individuals and families in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, and premises liability. In less than two years as a plaintiff's attorney, he has recovered more than $12 million for his clients. Before joining The Champion Firm, Mr. Krasinski spent more than a decade at large defense firms representing corporations and insurance companies in complex litigation across the country. That experience — knowing how the other side thinks and prepares — now informs every case he handles on behalf of injured Georgians. Mr. Krasinski has developed deep expertise in integrating artificial intelligence and workflow automation tools into legal practice management. He uses AI tools daily to streamline his practice, and is passionate about helping other legal professionals do the same. Mr. Krasinski is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a veteran of the United States Army, where he served as a Rifle and Mortar Platoon Leader, an Aide-de-Camp, and an instructor at the U.S. Army's Ranger School. After leaving the Army, he earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court team and inducted into the Order of the Coif.
