Winston West, IV
is an attorney at Jackson Lewis in Richmond, Virginia. He provides excellent service in employment, business, and data privacy matters. Mr. West is focused on providing insights to clients on the ever-shifting artificial intelligence regulatory and legal landscape while providing legal assistance to issues affecting clients now. He developed his skills as a litigator in the state and federal trial courts of Virginia - particularly the "Rocket Docket" in the Eastern District of Virginia. On his first day of licensure in Virginia, he defeated a motion to strike the evidence, leading to a jury deciding the case, advocated for a favorable set of jury instructions for his client, and gained a jury verdict equal to the statutory cap for such claims. Mr. West earned his B.S. degree from University of Richmond and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

is managing partner with Ferrell & Brown, PLLC. Mr. Ferrell practices in the areas of car wrecks, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith and nursing home neglect. He is licensed in West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia and Tennessee. Mr. Ferrell earned his undergraduate degree from Marshall University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Appalachian School of Law.

Robert A. West, Jr.
is a seasoned attorney with more than twenty years of experience advising businesses, institutions, and individuals in diverse industries. His expertise covers AI legal consultancy, intellectual property litigation, patent and trademark matters, and general business litigation. He advises clients on legal issues related to AI, such as governance structures, privacy laws, risk mitigation, policy formulation, regulatory advice, and responsible AI adoption strategies for organizations at any stage of implementing AI. Mr. West represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, various administrative boards, and federal and state courts in complex matters, including pre-suit investigations, trials, appeals, and post-grant proceedings. He is a registered patent attorney. His practice further includes portfolio strategy, enforcement, licensing, and the drafting and negotiation of royalty and technology-related agreements. Mr. West has been involved with AI in legal practice since before the term became widely used. He advises clients on selecting AI tools, implementation procedures, workforce policies, and the legal and ethical risks associated with generative AI, automated decision-making, and data-driven systems. He also acts as an AI implementation leader at his firm, helping to develop governance structures, training programs, and firmwide AI policies. Combining extensive IP expertise with practical AI advice, he provides strategic guidance at the crossroads of innovation, compliance, and responsible technology use.

Kimberly L. Wald, Esq.
is a partner and trial attorney at The Haggard Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation involving sexual assault, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, drowning, and boating injury cases. She has achieved significant results for her clients, securing more than $400 million in jury verdicts and settlements and serving as lead or second-chair trial counsel in numerous high-profile cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Wald incorporates emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, to enhance trial preparation, case analysis, and litigation support, helping streamline complex case development and improve courtroom presentation strategies. Ms. Wald also serves on the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and has been recognized by multiple legal organizations for her trial advocacy and professional accomplishments. Ms. Wald is admitted to practice law in Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management, summa cum laude, from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business and her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

His practice encompasses a wide range of litigation activities, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, and appellate advocacy, and he represents clients in complex disputes involving employment practices, civil rights defense, and professional liability claims. Mr. Hushion is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Brendan Krasinski
is a plaintiff-side personal injury attorney at The Champion Firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he represents catastrophically injured individuals and families in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, and premises liability. In less than two years as a plaintiff's attorney, he has recovered more than $12 million for his clients. Before joining The Champion Firm, Mr. Krasinski spent more than a decade at large defense firms representing corporations and insurance companies in complex litigation across the country. That experience — knowing how the other side thinks and prepares — now informs every case he handles on behalf of injured Georgians. Mr. Krasinski has developed deep expertise in integrating artificial intelligence and workflow automation tools into legal practice management. He uses AI tools daily to streamline his practice, and is passionate about helping other legal professionals do the same. Mr. Krasinski is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a veteran of the United States Army, where he served as a Rifle and Mortar Platoon Leader, an Aide-de-Camp, and an instructor at the U.S. Army's Ranger School. After leaving the Army, he earned his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court team and inducted into the Order of the Coif.
