Elysia Prendergast-Jones
is managing attorney with Legal Aid of North Carolina. She is a board-certified specialist in family law. Ms. Prendergast-Jones supervises other in-house attorneys on family and domestic violence matters, advising on legal precedents, legal instruments, and the correct application of laws and statutes in district, superior and appellate courts. She also speaks at numerous CLE seminars and trainings. Ms. Prendergast-Jones earned her B.A. degree from Coker College, her M.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Webster University, and her J.D. degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

is the owner of Steinnerd Law PLLC, where she practice family law. She is licensed to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Steinnerd is a member of the National LGBT Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Fairfax Bar Association (Family Law Section), Maryland State Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, Bar Association of Montgomery County, Prince George's County Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and Virginia Women's Attorney Association. She earned her B.S. degree from Texas A&M University and her J.D. degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Barber earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Harvard University; and her J.D. degree from Cornell Law School. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire.

is the founder and CEO of New Beginnings Family Law, P.C., where her main areas of practice are divorce, child custody, parental alienation, mediation, adoption, and surrogacy. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County Domestic Relations Division as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph A. Ferguson, Jr., and in the firm of Shaw-Anderson, LLC. Ms. James earned her B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. James is also a board-certified family law trial advocate, having received her board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, and the American, Morgan County and Huntsville-Madison County bar associations. Ms. James has previously been recognized as Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020 by the Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship in Huntsville, Alabama.
