He has significant civil litigation and general practice experience in all areas of real property law. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Kosir acquired extensive experience in all facets of real estate development, sales, construction and leasing with his family's home construction company. He represents clients in a wide range of matters, including commercial and residential real estate tax assessment appeals, commercial and residential sales and leasing, oil and gas lease negotiations, boundary line disputes, real estate title defense and claims, commercial and residential landlord-tenant proceedings, quiet title proceedings, eminent domain proceedings, condominium creation and amendment, and zoning and land use issues. Mr. Kosir earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Washington and Jefferson College and his J.D. degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. A member of the Pennsylvania, Allegheny County and Washington County bar associations, he formerly served on the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section Council.
