Carmella J. Penn
is an attorney in Alabama with a focus on criminal defense, with a stint as a prosecutor with the third and fifth judicial circuits of Alabama. Her past experiences also includes, teaching criminal law and procedure and several courses in the humanities at Lawson State Community College in Birmingham, Alabama. Ms. Penn graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was a member of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society and Frederick Douglass Moot Court Team.

Judson McMillin
is an attorney at Mullin, McMillin & McMillin. He focuses his practice on criminal defense, expungements, and specialized driving privileges and is licensed to practice in all of Indiana's 92 counties, as well as the Northern and Southern Federal districts of Indiana. Mr. McMillin graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati and earned his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) Law School.
