Ashley Maconeghy

is a litigation attorney who primarily handles general liability defense, representing individuals and insurers in the defense of a variety of matters, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases. While in law school, she worked for two Federal judges focusing on civil procedure, including litigation relating to bad faith in insurance. Ms. Maconeghy earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in polical science and economics at King’s College, and her J.D. degree at Syracuse Universitr. Ms. Maconeghy and her husband are active members of Cross Pointe Church, in Duluth, Georgia. She is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Georgia, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
