Practical Examples of Safe, Real-World Application
Most law firms already pay for Microsoft 365, and paralegals need to master the powerful AI assistant already embedded in the tools they use every day. This course is built around nine practical use cases covering the full spectrum of paralegal workflows: from drafting and document review to case coordination, billing support, and legal research assistance. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what Copilot can and cannot do, how to protect your clients and your firm while using it, and the specific prompts and workflows that deliver real value in legal practice today.
- Understand exactly how Copilot works within Microsoft 365 and how it differs from other AI tools.
- Use Copilot to prepare draft documents, correspondence, and summaries for attorney review.
- Summarize lengthy documents and extract key data in minutes.
- Leverage AI to supplement - not replace - your case support workflow.
- Streamline billing narratives, email management, and case coordination.
- See every skill demonstrated live with real-world legal examples.
