Make Sure Your Next Request Goes Out Faster and Comes Back Complete
Record requests are the backbone of legal preparation and one of the biggest time drains paralegals face. Tracking down medical records, navigating FOIA bureaucracy, fighting improper denials, and deciphering digital evidence rules can eat up hours that should be spent on actual case work. Worse, missing a key record - or getting it too late - can compromise outcomes.
This program gives you practical, step-by-step guidance to request virtually any record. You will learn exactly who holds records, how to ask for them, and what to do when custodians push back. Confidently get the records your attorney needs - register today!
