Overview

Review Contracts Faster, Catch More Risk, and Use AI the Right Way

Contract management has always eaten more paralegal hours than any other task: combing through redlines, hunting for missing terms, and cross-checking every clause against the firm's playbook. Now AI contract tools promise to cut that time dramatically. But most paralegals got no real guidance on the new tools: no clear sense of which tools to use, how to maximize their potential, or how to verify AI output and build in attorney review. This 60-minute program gives you a practical, hands-on orientation to AI in contract management. Learn how to run a faster first-pass review using AI-assisted clause extraction and risk-flagging, how to use AI to accelerate drafting and redlining while keeping a clean audit trail, and how to catch AI errors before they go out the door. Build your skills - register today!

  • See where AI tools fit across the contract lifecycle, from intake to repository management.
  • Run a faster, more consistent first-pass contract review using AI-assisted clause extraction and risk-flagging.
