Speaker bio
Adam M. Sutton
is litigation partner with Cordell & Cordell. Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, he was the founder, president, and attorney for The Sutton Law Office, a family law, mediation, and criminal defense firm in Kennesaw, Georgia. Mr. Sutton litigated hundreds of cases throughout the Metro-Atlanta area primarily in the areas of family law and divorce. He was also the assistant director and lead attorney for a clinic styled office dedicated to providing family law representation and legal services to those of limited financial means. In addition to his experience as a litigator, Mr. Sutton is also an experienced mediator and guardian ad litem. He also regularly volunteered pro bono legal services through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, DeKalb Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, and the Cobb County Justice Foundation. Mr. Sutton earned his B.S. degree in Public Service from Macon State College. Mr. Sutton earned his J.D. degree from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, graduating in the top 13% of his class.

Kevin M. Mammola
is Litigation Partner, Member in Cordell & Cordell's Appellate Practice Division. He has vast experience in the area of child support law, including stints assisting in the establishment, collection, and enforcement of child support. Prior to Cordell & Cordell, Mr. Mammola practiced at a boutique law firm in Alpharetta, Georgia, practicing primarily in the area of domestic relations and personal injury, including matters involving: divorce, alimony, equitable division of property, child custody and visitation, child support, legitimation, family violence, and modification or enforcement of court orders, the drafting and negotiating of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, as well as matters involving automobile accidents and premises liability. Prior to pursuing his law degree, he worked as a child support agent with the Maximus Child Support Enforcement Agency in Atlanta, Georgia, assisting in the establishment, collection, and enforcement of child support. In addition, the state of Georgia still permits jury trials in divorces. While rare, Mr. Mammola has tried multiple divorce jury trials. He also has significant appellate experience. Mr. Mammola belongs to the American Bar Association – Family Law Section, Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, and North Fulton Bar Association. He was recognized from 2017 to 2020 as a Georgia Rising Star in the family law practice area by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters rating service of outstanding lawyers. Mr. Mammola is a volunteer Guardian ad Litem in contested disputes involving custody, visitation, and legitimation in the Family Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Danielle C. Kulik
is a divorce attorney at Cordell & Cordell. Ms. Kulik earned her bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Homeland Security and Terrorism, with a minor in philosophy from Tiffin University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law. Ms. Kulik is a member of the Cordell Appellate Practice Division, where in addition to specializing in domestic law for fathers and men, she also focuses on appellate work, often assisting other Cordell attorneys nationwide with appeals. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Washington, D.C.

Asa S. Neff
is a Litigation Partner with Cordell & Cordell in Albany, New York. Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, he practiced municipal liability defense representing various municipal entities including the board of elections, correction departments, and the Department of Family Services. Mr. Neff also practiced medical malpractice, construction liability, and personal injury. He belongs to the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, and Albany County Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Neff was recognized in 2015-17 as an Upstate New York Rising Star in the family law practice area by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters rating service of outstanding lawyers. He earned his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany with a philosophy major and minors in English and business. Mr. Neff earned his J.D. degree from Albany Law School. He also studied abroad at the University of Otago in New Zealand.
