Kristine Custodio Suero
is an award-winning legal professional, educator, coach, and change agent with extensive experience in legal operations, paralegal education, professional development, leadership, and business development. She is a highly sought-after speaker who focuses on helping legal professionals build purpose-driven careers, develop leadership skills, embrace change, and adapt to the evolving legal profession. Ms. Suero serves as Senior Paralegal and Business Development Director at Butterfield Schechter LLP, and has served as an Adjunct Faculty member with the University of San Diego School of Law’s Paralegal Studies Program since 2018. Her professional background includes business litigation, ERISA litigation and compliance, employee benefits, business development, change management, and legal operations. She has also taught paralegal studies at ITT Technical Institute. A recognized leader within the legal professional community, Ms. Suero has held numerous leadership positions with the San Diego Paralegal Association, California Alliance of Paralegal Associations, and National Association of Legal Assistants. She currently serves on the University of California, Santa Barbara Professional & Continuing Education Women in Leadership Advisory Board, the University of San Diego Paralegal Program Advisory Board, and the Center for Judicial Education and Research Advisory Committee. She is also a member of the California Lawyers Association Law Practice Management & Technology Section, and the International Practice Management Association. Ms. Suero has extensive speaking and teaching experience before legal and professional organizations. Her presentations have addressed legal operations, the changing role of the paralegal, professional development, leadership, career advancement, legal project management, technical competency, cybersecurity and ethical obligations in remote work, e-discovery, employee benefits law, ethics, and the future of the legal profession. She has presented for NALA, the American Association for Paralegal Education, the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations, the International Practice Management Association, One Legal, the University of San Diego, UC San Diego, and numerous other legal and educational organizations. Her professional accomplishments include being named California Paralegal of the Year by the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations in 2020, receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from the San Diego Paralegal Association in 2018, and being recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the U.S. She has also been recognized for leadership, professional service, and community involvement. Ms. Suero is a Certified Paralegal and holds advanced certifications in Trial Practice, Discovery, and e-Discovery through the National Association of Legal Assistants. She also holds a JAMS Certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution, a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of California, San Diego, a Paralegal Certificate from UC San Diego, and a B.A. in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach. She is the author and co-author of numerous articles addressing legal careers, legal operations, professional development, leadership, coaching, inclusion, technology, and the changing role of legal professionals.

Kelli L. Radnothy
is a litigation paralegal with over 20 years of experience in the legal industry. She runs her own legal professional solutions company, contracting with law firms and non-profit organizations to enhance the delivery of legal services. Ms. Radnothy works as a Legal Researcher for the Nevada Attorney General's Office, and as a course developer and instructor for the University of Washington Paralegal Program. She serves as Treasurer for the Paralegal Division of the Nevada State Bar and as Second VP of Sierra Nevada Paralegal Association. Her passion focuses on advancing the paralegal profession and empowering others to make an impact in their community. Ms. Radnothy is a frequent author and speaker on legal topics, including "Future-Proofing the Paralegal Profession: Navigating AI, Ethics, and Emerging Workflows". She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, a paralegal certificate from San Miramar College, and an E-discovery & Litigation Technology Certificate from University of California - San Diego and GenAI in Action: Impact & Possibilities, Micro-Learning Credential from University of Southern Florida.

Tracey N. Perkins
is a litigation paralegal with more than 20 years of experience supporting complex, high-stakes litigation. She serves as a Paralegal with Clark Hill PLC in Los Angeles, where she works with the firm’s Consumer Warranty Group and assists attorneys in managing complex civil litigation and high-volume warranty matters from inception through resolution. Ms. Perkins has extensive experience supporting litigation teams with discovery management, motion preparation, case timelines, trial readiness, case organization, deadline management, and the analysis of large volumes of case materials. Her background includes working with AmLaw firms and litigation boutiques on extensive discovery, multi-party litigation, and demanding case schedules. Throughout her career, Ms. Perkins has supported attorneys in a broad range of litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, mass torts, insurance defense, and other high-stakes disputes. Her experience provides a practical perspective on the organizational, procedural, and operational demands involved in managing complex litigation. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Perkins is involved in paralegal education and training. She brings an interdisciplinary perspective to legal practice, with particular insight into the relationship between business, law, technology, and ethics. Her experience is especially relevant to CLE programs addressing the evolving role of the modern paralegal, litigation technology, discovery, legal operations, and technology-driven changes in legal practice. Ms. Perkins is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), the Los Angeles Paralegal Association, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. She earned her M.B.A. from the University of Maryland in 2025 and her B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2005.
