She prosecuted non-custodial parents in both civil and criminal cases for non-compliance with child support orders and child support laws. Ms. Zielinski then joined a private practice, where she continued to focus her career in family law. She later transitioned to a larger family law practice group, where she handled highly contested divorce cases involving complex financial issues, as well as emotional and complicated custodial matters.
