Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

Aaron P. Frederickson
is the founder of MSP Compliance Solutions, LLC. He has legal practice experience in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury and Medicare compliance. Mr. Frederickson is also a health insurance professional and has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 2002, as well as Wisconsin since 2008. In addition to working on highly regulated matters, he has litigated countless cases and founded a compliance consulting firm, where he helped numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds across the United States. Mr. Frederickson also assists low income persons via pro bono legal representation. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Cloud State University and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Frederickson is an active member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) and the Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA).

J. Bryan Moseley
is a partner in the Murfreesboro law firm of Moseley & Moseley, Attorneys at Law, where his main areas of practice are premises liability and civil rights litigation. He also handles general personal injury cases and some other civil litigation. Mr. Moseley is a frequent speaker on personal injury and subrogation topics for National Business Institute. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Moseley also is a member of the ICC (International Code Council) and ASTM International (American Society for Testing and Materials). He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
