Luke Rushing
is an attorney with Huth Reynolds LLP and is admitted to practice in New York and California. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation across a wide variety of industries. Mr. Rushing has advised numerous figures in the entertainment industry on copyright and trademark matters. He has also represented landlords and tenants in COVID-19 related lease litigations. Mr. Rushing has appeared before numerous municipal agencies and courts to defend alleged code violations on behalf of business owners in New York City; advised Fortune 500 clients in connection with landmark maritime claims; and represented a bank in connection with Section 14 (a) disclosure litigation. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Clark University; and his J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law.

Sari W. Montgomery
is a partner with the Chicago office of Robinson Stewart Montgomery & Doppke LLC, where she has devoted her career to the law of lawyering, legal ethics, and professional responsibility for more than twenty-five years. After more than a decade as litigation and senior litigation counsel at the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois (ARDC), where she conducted hundreds of investigations and prosecuted dozens of cases before the ARDC Hearing Board, Ms. Montgomery decided to apply her extensive knowledge of the ARDC and legal ethics to helping lawyers who may be facing disciplinary proceedings or who need guidance on ethics matters. Since 2010, she has successfully represented lawyers at every stage of the disciplinary process from investigation and hearing, to appeals before the ARDC Review Board and the Illinois Supreme Court. Ms. Montgomery also represents judges in JIB proceedings and bar applicants in navigating character and fitness proceedings. In addition to defending lawyers, judges and bar applicants in disciplinary and bar admissions proceedings, she provides preventative consulting services and legal advice to lawyers regarding all manner of ethical and practice management issues. Ms. Montgomery has issued opinion letters on behalf of lawyers, law firms, government agencies, and law-related businesses to assist in clarifying their ethical obligations and to ensure their business models and procedures are consistent with the Rules of Professional Conduct. She also serves as an expert witness in legal malpractice and fee matters. Ms. Montgomery earned her B.A. degree from University of Chicago and her J.D. degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Mark Stignani
is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. He is the chair of the firm's data analytics practice group, and applies his intellectual curiosity, technical and research savvy, and penchant for innovation to create a broad spectrum of analytics and strategic review of clients' corporate transactions, reorganizations, and intellectual property endeavors. Mr. Stignani earned his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law while working for Alliant Techsystems. He previously had completed postgraduate work in robotics and control systems at the University of Minnesota and National Technological University, while working at Honeywell, Inc. Further, Mr. Stignani is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP). He offers his insights through dozens of webinars annually, and serves as a regular lecturer at colleges and universities across the state of Minnesota. Mr. Stignani also is a frequent speaker at for various associations and conferences, including Reel Lawyer, Black Hills IP Analytics Series, LES International and Practicing Law Institute.
