Mark D. Kimball
is the founding shareholder of MDK Law, a firm emphasizing corporate, commercial and property law, and consulting in matters involving federal and international taxation. He is admitted to practice in Washington, New York, Texas and Oregon. Mr. Kimball is an adjunct professor of law at Eotvos Lorand and Masaryk Universities in Europe, and has served as a law school guest lecturer at Seattle University School of Law. He is also engaged as an expert witness in superior court cases involving limited liability companies, governance, and other member issues. Mr. Kimball has been admitted to the Second Circuit Bar (New York, Connecticut and Vermont), Fifth Circuit Bar (Texas and Louisiana), and the Oregon State Bar. He earned his J.D. degree and LL.M. (taxation) degree from the University of Washington School of Law, and also holds an LL.M. degree in transnational commercial practice from Europe.

Kenneth J. Yarsky, II
is of counsel to Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C., and chair of the firm's real estate services group. His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate, business and banking, estate planning, estate administration, creditor's rights, civil litigation, and title insurance litigation. Mr. Yarsky's real estate practice with developers and lenders includes acquisition, development, construction, finance, leasing and zoning. He is a frequent lecturer on real estate law and related law for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Allegheny County Bar Association, National Business Institute, and various other providers of continuing education for legal, real estate, accounting, banking and insurance professionals. Mr. Yarsky is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American bar associations. He is a past chairman and current council member of the Real Property Section and is on the Landlord-Tenant Advisory Rules Committee, Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. Mr. Yarsky earned his B.S. degree from the University of Dayton and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

Damon Fisch
is the founder of Law Office of Damon M. Fisch, P.C. He has closed countless real estate transactions for clients, both residential and commercial. Mr. Fisch also has extensive real estate litigation experience. He has litigated the following issues: eminent domain, title insurance defense, mechanics lien, mortgage rescue fraud, eviction, general real estate transaction litigation, foreclosure, and breach of contract. Mr. Fisch earned his B.A. degree from University of Iowa, his M.B.A. degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology-Stuart School of Business, and his J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He currently sits on the Advisory Board for Paralegal Studies. Mr. Fisch is licensed to practice in Illinois.

is a member of the Memphis law firm of Phelps Dunbar LLP, where her areas of practice include commercial lending, real estate transactions, title law, foreclosures, and financial institutions regulatory law. Ms. Lotz has spoken for various business and professional organizations on a variety of foreclosure and commercial lending issues. She is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and American (member, Business Law Section) bar associations; and the Association of Women Attorneys. Ms. Lotz earned her B.A. degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from Boston University.
