Jerry Knafo

is the managing partner of Knafo Law Offices. He practices in the areas of personal injury and civil litigation. Mr. Knafo earned his B.S. degree from Villanova University and his J.D. degree from Temple University Law School. He earned his master's degrees in business (MBA) and psychology (MsPsych). Mr. Knafo is a certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and a life fellow of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the Lehigh and Northampton County bar associations. Mr. Knafo is the former chairman of Disciplinary Hearing Committee 4.02, and a former 15 year board of governor for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (now PAJ). He has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Magazine from 2005 to 2021. Mr. Knafo is president and a gold member of the Elite Lawyers of America®, an organization limited to attorneys across the country who have obtained a verdict or settlement in excess of two million dollars.

is the associate dean for information resources at Charleston School of Law. Her research and scholarship interests are in the areas of intellectual property, acting skills for lawyers, law and literature, management, and a variety of legal research related topics. Ms. Brown has taught specialized, beginner, and advanced legal research courses and seminars on legal technology for practice, art of advocacy, and contracts. She is a very active member of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL). Ms. Brown has participated in a variety of leadership roles throughout the association chapters and special interest sections. She earned her B.F.A. degree from DePaul University, her master's degree in library and information science from the Drexel University iSchool, and her J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law. In 2024, Ms. Brown also received the Inaugural Technology & Ethics Award from the Association of American Law Schools Section on Technology, Law and Legal Education (AALS).
