Speaker bio
Luke Rushing
is an attorney with Huth Reynolds LLP and is admitted to practice in New York and California. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation across a wide variety of industries. Mr. Rushing has advised numerous figures in the entertainment industry on copyright and trademark matters. He has also represented landlords and tenants in COVID-19 related lease litigations. Mr. Rushing has appeared before numerous municipal agencies and courts to defend alleged code violations on behalf of business owners in New York City; advised Fortune 500 clients in connection with landmark maritime claims; and represented a bank in connection with Section 14 (a) disclosure litigation. Mr. Rushing is the Vice Chair of the ABA Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Clark University; and his J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law.

Kevin T. Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
