is a partner with the law firm of Sabharwal Globus & Lim LLP in West Nyack, New York; where she represents banks and hedge funds in the purchase and sale of debt in distressed companies, international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, leveraged acquisitions, and corporate finance. With data privacy and issues of cybersecurity at the forefront of current legal issues, Ms. Globus also assists her clients with building an architectural framework for compliance with state and federal securities, finance, data privacy laws, and with establishing strong internal controls. She also engages in the area of education law, helping students and parents obtain a fair and appropriate public education for their children, as well as resolving education related disciplinary matters. Ms. Globus is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is corporate counsel for an international cryptocurrency related company, giving her the opportunity to consult with legal teams in both the U.S. and abroad, each with varying expertise and each trying to wade through the confusion related to cryptocurrency. She earned her B.A. degree from Skidmore College, her M.A. degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on Mt. Scopus and her J.D. degree from Rutgers State University of New Jersey, Newark Campus. Ms. Globus's passion is endurance cycling, and she is an avid middle-distance triathlete.

is a partner of Wong Fleming, P.C. She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, creditor's rights, bankruptcy and automotive finance. Ms. Dubuisson Stokes has successfully defended Fortune 500 corporate clients in connection with Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices, Truth in Lending and bankruptcy litigation on a national level. Prior to a career in the law, she worked for almost a decade in the social service sector advocating for youth in specialized foster care placement. Ms. Dubuisson Stokes has since redirected her passion for advocacy by developing strong relationships with her clients, vigorously representing their interests, and tirelessly engaging within the legal community in promotion of diversity and inclusion in the profession. She presently serves as the co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Initiative within NAMWOLF (National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms), which aims to achieve equity in the legal profession through collaboration between law firms and the corporate sector. Ms. Dubuisson Stokes is also a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Ethics Committee (District IIIB) and on the Board of the Marks Cares, Inc. in Montclair, New Jersey, with a mission to eradicate homelessness throughout New Jersey. He also provides corporate guidance and acts as general counsel to corporate entities. Mr. Kazin is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During law school, he clerked for Frank J. Scardilli, chief circuit mediator at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Department of Defense at the Pentagon. Mr. Kazin is also an adjunct professor of law at Hofstra University School of Law, where he teaches fundamental lawyering skills. He also lectures for the New York State Bar Association on judgment enforcement. Mr. Kazin is a member of the Federal Bar Council's Small Firm Pro Bono Sub-Committee and performs pro bono work for immigrant families and Kids In Need of Defense (KIND).
