Speaker bio

Lawrence Glosser
is a partner with Ahlers Cressman & Sleight PLLC. He is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of real estate transactions and financing. Mr. Glosser brings his past entrepreneurial experience to the practice of law, enabling him to understand both the legal and business issues presented in each transaction. He assists clients with understanding and evaluating legal issues associated with real estate and business transactions, enabling clients to analyze risk, and make informed business decisions. Mr. Glosser graduated, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Washington and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.

Brian Fischer
is with THD Design Group, and has more than 30 years of experience in the survey field performing a variety of survey types for residential, municipal, commercial, industrial and government agency clients. He has experience in survey instrumentation and computer aided drafting (CAD) programs, as well as office and survey programs such as Trimble Office, Carlson and Civil 3D. Mr. Fischer's management experience includes overseeing drafting and field crews, as well as a branch office for an oil and gas services firm in southeast Texas. He holds professional land surveyors licenses in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Kansas, Florida, and Texas.

John Banjak
is a principal and serves as general counsel of True Title Company, LLC in St. Louis. He has extensive experience in all facets of the title insurance profession from a legal, title professional and consulting standpoint. Before opening his current company, Mr. Banjak served as president and general counsel for three reputable St. Louis title agencies and as regional underwriting counsel for a national title insurance underwriter. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri, and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Mr. Banjak earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
